Terms & Conditions

Please make sure to read the following terms & conditions before ordering a commission!

Copyright

All rights of the artwork are devided equally between me and the buyer. I am still allowed to use the artwork in any way I'd like to.

I keep full rights to my artwork!

As the buyer you will be able to:
- Use the commission for personal use (e.g. upload it to social media)
- Use the commission as a profile picture
- Promote yourself, your business, etc.
- Edit the artwork for seasonal purposes (christmas theme, etc)

As the buyer you are NOT allowed to:
- Resell the artwork and make profit out of my art
- Claim it as your own / claim it as if you've made the artwork
- Change my artwork by using AI (don't feed my art to AI ''art'' generators please!)

Commissioning & Payments

You are able to commission me for artwork once my commissions are open. The state of my commissions will always be displayed on my Instagram bio, but you can always DM me!

Commissions usually take between 2-5 weeks.
- This depends on the complexity of the commission.
- Complex commissions can take much longer.
- Simpler commissions can take less time, e.g. between 1-2 weeks.

I create my artworks with 4 steps.
- Step 1: sketch
- Step 2: base colors & basic shading
- Step 3: rendering
- Step 4: detailing

Payments will start after completing the base colors.
- Payment is required before I will proceed to rending.
- You will have a chance to see where the artwork is heading before paying! :)
- You will be able to request changes throughout the enthire commission, so don't worry!
- 100% of the payment amount has to be payed directly before proceeding to rendering.

Requesting changes
- You are able to request changes anytime while I am still working on the commissions! This will not influence the pricing, only if for example you want to add an extra object or such. Then it will be discussed in DM's!
- You will not be able to request any changes anymore after I've completed the artwork. You have enough time to request changes during the making of, so make sure to let me know! <3

Refunds

Keep in mind that I DON'T take refunds after a commission is made already!!

However, I do allow refunds in some complex cases! <3

NO REFUNDS
- A refund is not allowed if I've already started working on a commission
- If you decide to do a money chargeback when I've already started working on the commissions or if it's already finished, you will be reported and lose all the rights of the artwork.

ALLOWED REFUNDS
- If I am not able to work on the commission due to any reason (injury, real life, etc), you will recieve a refund.
- You are able to ask for a refund before I have started working on the commission. However, if I have already started working on the commission it won't be possible.
